Zusammenfassung

Angebore Nävi sind sehr selten. Erworbene Nävi gehören zu den häufigsten Hauttumoren. Nävi der Lider sind sehr vielfältig und werden entweder wegen der kosmetischen Beeinträchtigung oder wegen des Risikos der malignen Transformation behandelt. Der Beitrag erläutert die Differenzialdiagnostik der verschiedenen Nävusformen und die chirurgischen Techniken der Resektion und der plastischen Rekonstruktion.

Abstract

Congenital nevi are very rare. Acquired nevi belong to the most common group of skin tumours. Eyelid nevi occur frequently in a great variety. They are treated for cosmetic reasons or due to the risk of malignant transformation. This contribution explains the differential diagnosis of various types of nevus and the surgical techniques of resection and plastic reconstruction.
