Die konventionelle Standarduntersuchung in der transthorakalen Echokardiografie bei Patienten mit degenerativer Aortenklappenstenose

Lernziele
Die korrekte transthorakale echokardiografische Dokumentation wesentlicher Befunde und deren Interpretation bei Patienten mit degenerativer Aortenklappenstenose gewinnen mit steigender Häufigkeit dieses Krankheitsbilds im Alter zunehmend an Bedeutung. Neben einer strikten Standardisierung der Schnittebenen ist eine methodisch exakte Ableitung der Doppler-Spektren über den Herzklappen zur richtigen Diagnosestellung einer relevanten Aortenstenose notwendig. Trotz zahlreicher Lehrbücher und Literatur fehlt oft für die Praxis eine anwenderorientierte Anleitung in der Echokardiografie. Durch den Inhalt der vorliegenden Arbeit soll der Anwender fehlerhafte Einstellungen und Doppler-Anlotungen erkennen und vermeiden, um so zu richtigen Einschätzungen des Schweregrads einer Aortenklappenstenose zu gelangen.
