Was sehen Sie?
Der 44-jährige Patient mit bekanntem chronischen Alkohol- und Nikotinabusus stellte sich 3 Wochen nach Beginn einer Tätigkeit als Platzwart auf einer Sportanlage vor. Ein leichter Juckreiz, Augentrockenheit und zunehmende Abgeschlagenheit in letzter Zeit wurden beschrieben.
Die körperliche Untersuchung erbrachte zwei Befunde.
