Abstract

A 39-year-old IIG IP with a history of cesarian section was diagnosed by vaginal sonography with pregnancy implanted in the scar tissue and treated with intraamnial methotrexate injection. The pregnancy resolved completely over the following 12 weeks. Serum HCG levels were negative at the end of treatment. Subsequently regular cycles started.
