Extrauteringravidität nach Hysterektomie – eine Analyse aller zwischen 1895 und 2022 publizierten Fälle
Eine Extrauteringravidität nach vorangegangener Hysterektomie ist ein äußerst seltenes Ereignis. Nachvollziehbarerweise wird sie meist spät diagnostiziert, was für die betroffenen Patientinnen lebensbedrohlich sein kann. Liegt unerwartet ein positiver Schwangerschaftstest vor, sollten Ärztinnen und Ärzte an eine Schwangerschaft nach Hysterektomie denken. Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit war eine Zusammenstellung aller seit 1895 veröffentlichten Fallberichte und eine Auswertung u.a. hinsichtlich der Form der ektopen Schwangerschaft, der Zeit zwischen Hysterektomie und Diagnosestellung, des Patientinnenalters bei Diagnosestellung und der Symptome.
