Festination und Freezing bei Parkinsonsyndromen untersuchen – Schritt für Schritt
Die Störung der Gangrhythmik bis hin zum völligen Versagen der Ganginitiierung ist ein typisches Symptom von Parkinsonerkrankungen. Erkennen und phänomenologisch korrektes Beschreiben stellen einen wichtigen Baustein der syndromalen Differenzialdiagnose dar. Da Festination und Freezing relevant zum Verlust an Lebensqualität beitragen und bedeutende Sturzauslöser sind, kommt der Untersuchung eine klinisch wichtige Rolle bei der Versorgung betroffener Parkinsonpatienten zu.
