Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über den seltenen Fall einer beidseitigen periorbitalen nekrotisierenden Fasziitis (PONF) bei einem 86-jährigen Patienten und dessen erfolgreicher Therapie basierend auf einer breit angelegten intravenösen Antibiose, frühzeitigem radikalen chirurgischen Débridement und zweizeitiger plastischer Rekonstruktion.
