In den letzten 20 Jahren entstand unter anderem das professionelle Reasoning, das den klinischen Entscheidungsprozess unterstützt. Helen Strebel und Cornelie Zillhardt durchlaufen Intervention und Outcome eines Fallbeispiels aus moderner Sicht und aus der Sicht von vor 20 Jahren. Heutzutage stehen zum Beispiel die Anliegen eines Kindes wie Rollerfahren im Zentrum der Therapie.
