Zusammenfassung

Diese Übersichtsarbeit analysiert die in der Literatur beschriebenen Verfahren zur Arthrodese des Fingermittelgelenkes hinsichtlich ihrer Vor- und Nachteilen unter Berücksichtigung des Zugangsweges, der Techniken der Gelenkflächenpräparation, der verwendeten Arthrodesewinkel und der Nachbehandlung.

Abstract

These review article analyses the described techniques for fusion of the proximal interphalangeal joint regarding their advantages and disadvantages with respect to the approach, surgical technique resecting the articular surface, angle of fusion, and the postoperative treatment.
