Beckenverletzungen haben aufgrund möglicher Massenblutungen eine hohe Letalitätsrate und stellen deshalb besondere Anforderungen an den Erstbehandler. Die präklinische Phase umfasst v. a. die nichtinvasive externe Stabilisierung der Beckenfraktur und eine adäquate Schocktherapie.
