Vorgestellt wird ein 56-jähriger Mann mit Rezidivkontrakturen des linken Kleinfingers von 90 Grad im Mittelgelenk nach Partieller Fasziektomie (PF) vor 8 Jahren und des rechten Kleinfingers mit 95 Grad im Mittelgelenk und 40 Grad im Grundgelenk 6 Jahre nach PF ([ Abb. 1 ] und [ Abb. 2 ]). Der Patient hat eine hohe Fibrosediathese: Vater und Bruder mit der Dupuytren-Krankheit, selbst M. Ledderhose an beiden Füßen und Befall beider Hände.
