Sportler wissen, dass sie mit gezieltem Aufwärmen bessere Leistungen erbringen können. Auch Physiotherapeuten profitieren von diesem Know-how, denn das strukturierte Prinzip des Aufwärmens ist auf die Behandlung übertragbar.
