Lernziele

Der Leser soll nach der Durcharbeitung des Artikels in der Lage sein, die Grundlagen verschiedener (störungsspezifischer) Psychotherapieansätze zu benennen und deren Wirksamkeit für die Akut- und Erhaltungstherapie/Phasenprophylaxe (basierend auf systematischen Übersichtsarbeiten und randomisiert-kontrollierten Studien) beurteilen können. Schwerpunktmäßig wird auf Behandlungen im ambulanten Einzelsetting eingegangen.
