Osteoporose - Probleme der Diagnostik und Therapie unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Bedeutung des Krankheitsbildes in der Physiotherapie

Zusammenfassung

Die Bedeutung der häufigsten Skeletterkrankung Osteoporose wird unterschätzt. Auf die Einteilung und Ätiopathogenese des Krankheitsbildes wird eingegangen und aktuelle Probleme in der Diagnostik und Therapie werden dargestellt.

In der komplexen Therapie hat die Physiotherapie eine zentrale Bedeutung. Entsprechend der Phase und der Ausprägung des Krankheitsbildes kommen die verschiedenen schmerzlindernden Maßnahmen der Physiotherapie zur Anwendung, erfolgt eine Beeinflussung -der muskulären Dysbalancen und gezielte Kinésithérapie. In der Prävention der Progression und auch in der Prophylaxe muß der Physiotherapie vermehrt als bisher notwendigerweise eine breitere Kapazität zugemessen werden.

The importance of the most frequent disease of the skeleton is underestimated. The authors enter the classification and etiopathogenesis of the picture of a disease and actual problems in diagnostic and therapy.

In the complex therapy the physiotherapy is of central importance. According to the phase and the distinction of the picture of a disease the various anodyne measures of the physiotherapy are applied, the muscular dysbalance are influences and an aimed kinesitherapy is performed. In the prevention of the progression and also in the prophylaxis a broader capacity must necessarily be ascribed to the physiotherapy more than up to now.
