Die nicht seltene Deltalähmung verlangt Lagerung auf einer Abduktionsschiene und anfangs Reizstrombehandlung. Bald dann setzt die aktive Bewegungstherapie ein, deren Grundprinzipien und Modalitäten besprochen und erläutert werden.
Summary
The not infrequent paralysis of the delta muscle demands lying down on an abduction splint and at the beginning treatment with irritation current. Soon the active kinesitherapy begins, the basic principles and modalities of which are discussed and explained.
