Zusammenfassung

Autoren erörtern die methodischen und Organisationsprobleme der Rehabilitation von Patienten nach einem Herzinfarkt.

Um die schädliche Wirkung der langen Hospitalisierung zu vermeiden, wurde - im Gegensatz zu der bisherigen Praxis - ein ambulantes Trainingsprogramm nach der I. Phase des Herzinfarktes organisiert.

Der Zeitpunkt der Kontrollen nach dem akuten Ereignis wurde im 1., 3., 6. und 12. Monat festgestellt.

Die Methode empfehlen die Autoren als Modell.

Summary

The authors discuss the methodical and organisational problems of the rehabilitation of patients after myocardial infarction. To avoid the noxious effect of the long hospitalisation - in contrast to the practice hitherto performed - an ambulatory training programme after the first phase of the myocardial infarction was organised. The moment of the controls after the acute event was established in the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th month. The author recommend this method as a model.
