Zur Beeinflussung elektrodiagnostischer Parameter durch stabile Galvanisation

Zusammenfassung

Vergleiehsmessungen des Akkomodationsschwellenwertes und der Chronaxie bei 26 Pat. mit peripheren traumatischen Nervenläsionen, Polyneuropathien oder Radikulitis sowie bei 6 gesunden Probanden vor und nach einer stabilen Galvanisation im Zellenbad ließen eine gewisse Verbesserung der Funktion der Nerv-Muskeleinheit erkennen. Durch Bestimmung der distalen motorischen Latenz an 5 Personen mit peripheren Paresen ergab sich die Vermutung, dass die stabile Galvanisation eine direkte Einflußnahme auf das periphere Neuron im Sinne einer Funktionsverbesserung ausübt.

Summary

Comparative measurements of the accomodation threshold value and of the chronaxy in 26 patients with peripheral traumatic lesions of the nerves, polyneuropathies or radiculitis as well as in six healthy test persons before and after a stable galvanisation in the cell bath showed a certain improvement of the function of the nerve-muscle-unit. By determination of the distal motor latency on five persons with peripheral pareses was supposed that the stable galvanisation has a direct influence on the peripheral neuron in the sense of an improvement of the function.
