Die Hauttemperatur bei entzündlich rheumatischen Krankheiten im Jahresverlauf¹

Zusammenfassung

An der Hand von 24 Pat. mit Rheumatoid-Arthritis und an der Lumbairegion von 24 Pat. mit Spondylitis ankylosans werden jahresrhythmische Temperaturänderungen nachgewiesen. Der gleiche Rhythmus kann auch bei 10 Gesunden an der Hand beobachtet werden. Das Temperaturminimum liegt bei allen drei Gruppen in den Frühjahrs-, das -maximum in den Herbstmonaten.

Summary

At the hands of 24 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and in lumber regions of 24 patients with ankylosing spondylitis changes of the temperature during a rhythm of a year were proved. The same rhythm can be observed at the hand also in 10 healthy persons. In all the three groups the minimum of temperature is in the spring months and the maximum in the autumn months.
