Problematik der Schlingenplastiken

Zusammenfassung

Schlingenplastiken unter Verwendung von körpereigenen oder alloplastischen Bändern haben bei der Behandlung der weiblichen Harninkontinenz Erfolgsraten um 90%. Aufgrund eigener Erfahrungen mit der Faszienzügelplastik und Zuweisung von Frauen mit alloplastischen Schlingen soll auf die Möglichkeit z. T. schwerwiegender iatrogener Komplikationen dieser Operationsmethode hingewiesen werden.

Abstract

Success rates of up to 90% can be achieved with loop grafts using autologous or alloplastic fascicles in the treatment of female incontinence of urine. Basing on the authors' own experiences with fascicle grafting and referred cases of female patients with alloplastic loops, it is stated that attention of the patients should be drawn to the possibility of partly severe iatrogenic complications of this surgical procedure.
