Zusammenfassung
Der Fall eines 55jährigen Patienten mit Penismetastase eines linksseitigen, hellzelligen Nierenzellkarzinoms als erstes Zeichen der Grunderkrankung wird beschrieben. Gleichzeitig bestanden eine disseminierte Aussaat des Tumors in Lunge, Gehirn und Peritoneum. Der Patient wurde palliativ behandelt und verstarb 3 Monate nach Diagnosestellung.
Abstract
We present the case of a 55-year-old patient who presented with a penile metastasis of a leftsided, clear-cell renal-cell carcinoma as the first symptom of the primary disease. At the time of diagnosis, the tumor had disseminated into the lungs, brain and peritoneum. The patient received palliative treatment and died 3 months after diagnosis.
