Zusammenfassung

Epidemiologie, Häufigkeit und Natur von Blasenmole, Chorio-adenoma destruens und Chorionkarzinom werden kurz dargelegt. Die Bedeutung der (Fluoro-) Angiographie wird dargestellt und durch zwei eigene Beobachtungen erläutert. Auf den Wert der rechtzeitigen korrekten Diagnose für die Chemotherapie wird hingewiesen.

Summary

The epidemiology, frequency and behaviour of hydatidiform moles, chorion adenomas and chorion carcinomas are summarised. The importance of angiography is stressed and illustrated by two examples. The value of the early correct diagnosis for the success of chemotherapy is pointed out.
