Seltene Verlaufsform eines malignen Lymphoms

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über eine 79jährige Patientin mit malignem Lymphom der Tonsille, wobei es ca. 5 Jahre nach Entfernung des Tumors im Anschluß an eine Herpes zoster-Erkrankung zu einem Generalisationsstadium mit Befall der Orbita kam. Es wird auf mögliche Zusammenhänge zwischen den beiden Krankheiten hingewiesen.

Summary

Report on a 79-year-old woman with a malignant lymphoma of the tonsil. Five years after extirpation of the tumor the patient contracted a herpes zoster disease. Afterwards a generalization of the malignant lymphoma with involvement of the orbit was found. The question of a possible connection between these two diseases is discussed.
