Es wird die Differentialdiagnose der Allograft Reaktion oder Immunreaktion bei perforierender Keratoplastik dargestellt. Die Inzidenz im Krankengut der Zürcher Augenklinik im Verlaufe der letzten Jahre ist erstaunlich gering, sie beträgt nur 5%. Dies beruht sehr wahrscheinlich auf der speziellen Selektion der Fälle unseres Einzugsgebietes, indem die große Mehrheit der Keratoplastiken Keratoconus Augen betrifft.

Summary

The differential diagnosis of the allograft reaction after penetrating keratoplasty is discussed. The incidence of only 5% among the patients at Zurich University Eye Clinic is astonishingly low. This is probably due to the special selection of cases, since keratoplasties have been performed in a very high percentage (over 70%) of our keratoconus patients.
