Klinische Untersuchung der Aderhautzirkulation - Möglichkeiten und Grenzen

Zusammenfassung

Über den Zustand der Aderhaut in vivo ließ sich bisher nur recht wenig aussagen. Da die Pathologie dieser Schicht (z. B. senile Makuladegeneration) in letzter Zeit an Interesse gewonnen hat, ist eine Methode zur angiographischen Darstellung der Aderhaut, so wie sie mit dem Farbstoff Indocyaningrün möglich ist, sehr erwünscht. Die Grundlagen und die Grenzen der Methode sowie das normale ICG-Angiogramm werden erörtert.

Summary

Hitherto it has not been possible to say much concerning the condition of the choroid in vivo. Since interest in the pathology of this layer (e.g., senile macular degeneration) has recently increased, a method of performing angiography of the choroid is most desirable. Angiography is possible with Indo-cyanin green. The principle and limitations of this method and the normal angiogram thus obtained are discussed.
