Die Bedeutung der digitalen Subtraktionsangiographie bei der Kontrolle von Dialyseshunts

Zusammenfassung

Methodik, Indikation und Ergebnisse der Darstellung von Dialyseshunts in DSA-Technik werden auf der Basis von 34 Untersuchungen vorgestellt. Die Vorzüge des Verfahrens hinsichtlich Strahlenbelastung, dynamischer Registrierung und geringem Kontrastmittelverbrauch werden je nach Fragestellung aufgezeigt und mit der konventionellen Technik verglichen. Anhand von Fallbeispielen werden erreichbare Ergebnisse und deren klinischer Stellenwert aufgezeigt. Das Verfahren wird als Methode der Wahl zur Shuntdarstellung bei allen gängigen Fragestellungen empfohlen.

Summary

The methods, indications and results of imaging haemodialysis access devices, using DSA techniques, are presented, based on 34 examinations. The advantages of this technique with respect to radiation exposure, dynamic registration and dose of contrast medium are compared with conventional film-screen techniques. Case reports illustrate the result and clinical value. DSA is recommended as the method of choice for the common indications for imaging haemodialysis access devices.
