Zusammenfassung

Es werden die operativen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten der Dupuytrenschen Kontraktur erwähnt. Die Indikationen zur Fasciotomie werden dargestellt. Das operative Vorgehen bei dieser Methode wird beschrieben. Dabei wird auf die Vorteile der “open-pal”-Technik nach McCash eingegangen. Postoperative Behandlung und Komplikationen werden dargestellt. Es folgen die Ergebnisse einer klinischen Nachuntersuchung.

Abstract

The possibilities of operative treatment of Dupuytren's contracture are mentioned. The indication for fasciotomy is described. The operative procedure of this method is described and the advantages of the “openpalm”-technique of McCash are mentioned. Postoperative treatment and complications are described. Results of a clinical examination follow.
