Dies zu erklären, erfordert die Kenntnis der entwicklungsgeschichtlichen, uneinheitlichen Strukturen dieser Region. Sie werden dargelegt, ebenso wie eine grundlegende Einteilung der Frakturen und ihre Behandlung.
