Ergebnisse der totalendoprothetischen Versorgung von Dysplasiekoxarthrosen mit zusätzlicher autogener Pfannendachplastik

Zusammenfassung

Unter Hinweis auf die verschiedenen operativen Versorgungsmöglichkeiten von Dysplasiekoxarthrosen mit einer Hüfttotalendoprothese wurden die im Zeitraum von 1975 bis 1979 bei uns an 43 Hüftgelenken durchgeführten Operationen unter Auffüllung des Pfannendachdefektes mit einem autogenen Knochentransplantat klinisch und röntgenologisch nachuntersucht. In einem standardisierten Verfahren wurden die Ergebnisse ausgewertet und anhand der eindeutigen Erfolge nachgewiesen, daß auch pathologisch-anatomisch komplizierte Fälle einer geeigneten totalendoprothetischen Versorgung zugeführt werden können.

Abstract

With reference to the different operative treatments of dysplasia coxarthroses with a total hip endoprosthesis, 43 operations on the hip joint performed from 1975 to 1979 with a filling up to the acetabular roof defect with an autogenous bone graft had a clinical and roentgenological follow-up. The results were evaluated by means of a standardised procedure, and it was demonstrated with the help of clear successes that also anatomicopathologically complicated cases can be provided with a suitable total endoprosthesis.
