Zusammenfassung

Der Umbau einer konventionellen Zeiss-Funduskamera für die Infrarotangiographie mit Indocyaningrün (sogenannte Aderhautangiographie) umfaßte (1) den Ersatz der Blitzlampe durch eine kontinuierliche Lichtquelle mit dazu passender Optik, (2) die Herstellung und den Einbau entsprechender Filter, (3) den Anbau einer Fotokamera für relativ rasche Aufnahmefrequenzen, (4) das Bereitsstellen von Überwachungsmechanismen zur Gewährleistung eines sicheren Betriebs und (5) die Entwicklung einer (computerisierten) Steuer- und Bedienungseinheit.
