Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die Erfahrung mit einem neuen Kontaktglas berichtet, welches erlaubt, transkonjunktival mit dem Argon-Laser monophile Fixationsnähte des Skleradeckels nach Trabekulektomie zu durchtrennen. Indikationen und technische Durchführung des Eingriffs werden ausführlich dargestellt.
Summary
The present paper reports on experience with a new contact lens which enables monophilic fixation sutures of the scleral flap to be severed transconjunctivally using highly focussed argon laser beams. The procedure is used in the early postoperative period on patients with failing filtering blebs. Indications and the procedure itself are described in detail.
