Mikroangiographische Befunde experimenteller Darmanastomosen

Zusammenfassung

Mikroangiographische Untersuchungen am Rattenkolon und Schweinedünndarm zeigten den postoperativen Zustand der Gefäßneubildung an der Anastomose. Kriterien zur Beurteilung stellten avaskuläre Bezirke, Gefäßverlagerungen, Gefäßdilatation, Gefäßabbrüche, Gefäßübertritte an der Anastomose und zu Verwachsungen sowie die Reorganisation des Gefäßsystems dar, die sowohl durch die Nahttechnik als auch durch die Wundheilung bedingt waren. Die vollständige Regeneration des Gefäßsystems an der Anastomose läßt sich nur durch eine Nahttechnik herstellen, die die Wundränder korrekt adaptiert, ohne das Gefäßsystem zu verändern.

Summary

Microangiography of anastomosis at the rat-colon and the pig-jejunum did reveal the postoperative state of vessel regeneration. Findings for evaluation were avascular areas, dislocation and dilatation of vessels, vessel break, vesselanastomosis to the opposite site and to adhesions as well as the complete regeneration of the vessel architecture. A suture technique leading to correct apposition of the wound edges without destroying the circulation will be followed by an almost complete regeneration of the vessel architecture.
