Die Tuberkulose der Rippen

Abstract

Sixty patients (18 Women, 42 men) who already had advanced costal tuberculosis were treated with pharmacotherapy and surgery from 1955 to 1980 at the Zollernalbklinik of the Social Insurance Institution of the Federal State. The patients who received exclusively tuberculostatic treatment were not considered in the evaluated population. We report on the aetiology and pathogenesis, the incidence, the age and sex distribution, the location, the symptoms, clinical and radiological findings, verification of the diagnosis, the therapy, prognosis and the differential diagnosis of this condition.

Zusammenfassung

Von 1955-1980 wurden in der Zollernalbklinik der LVA Württemberg 60 (18 Frauen/42 Männer) Patienten mit bereits fortgeschrittener Rippentuberkulose medikamentös-operativ behandelt. In dem ausgewerteten Kollektiv blieben die ausschließlich tuberkulostatisch therapierten Kranken unberücksichtigt. Über Ätiologie und Pathogenese, Häufigkeit, Alters- und Geschlechtsverteilung, Lokalisation, Beschwerden, klinische und radiologische Befunde, Diagnosesicherung, Therapie, Prognose wie auch Differentialdiagnose dieses Leidens wird berichtet.
