Abstract
The reconstruction of a stable anterior pelvic ring and the tension-free soft tissue closure is the key to a successful reconstructive surgery of the ectopic bladder.
Instead of the commonly practised iliac osteotomy to achieve this goal we postulate the bilateral anterior osteotomy of the superior ramus of the pubic bone. The operative technique of this new method is described. The early results of four cases are discussed.
Zusammenfassung
Die Adaptation der klaffenden Symphyse bzw. der stabile, ventrale Verschluß des Beckenringes und der spannungsfreie Weichteilverschluß ist die Voraussetzung zum Gelingen der Rekonstruktionschirurgie bei Blasenekstrophien. Anstelle der allgemein praktizierten iliakalen Osteotomie zum Erreichen dieses Zieles postulieren wir die bilaterale anteriore Osteotomie des Ramus superior des Os pubis. Die operative Technik dieser neuen Methode wird beschrieben.
Die Frühresultate von vier Fällen werden diskutiert.
