Zusammenfassung

4-Jahresergebnisse operativ rekonstruierter frischer vorderer Kreuzbandrupturen bei femurnahen Läsionen (N = 155) unter Verwendung eines Polypropylenbandes (Kennedy-LAD) als Augmentationsplastik. Eine neue Technik der intraligamentären, wenig substanzzerstörenden Einscheidung des heterologen LAD-Bandes kommt zur Anwendung. Veranschaulichung des Operationsprinzips durch einige Abbildungen.

Abstract

Based on 4 years implantation experience with 155 implanted polypropylen-augmentation devices (Kennedy-Lad) this retrospektive study with an average reexamination interval of 2 years reports about the results of our reconstructions of acute injuries of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), in a new “chisel-technique”. Description of this surgical technic.
