Sonographisches Bild einer Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita-Form

Zusammenfassung

Die Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita ist ein Sammelbegriff für eine Gruppe von sporadisch oder erblich auftretenden Krankheitsbildern mit multiplen nicht progredienten kongenitalen Gelenkkontrakturen. Anhand eines Falles einer spinalen Form der AMC (38. SSW) werden die sonographisch festgestellten Veränderungen demonstriert und die Ätiologie, Pathogenese und Klinik des Krankheitsbildes diskutiert.

Abstract

AMC is a collective term for a group of sporadic or inherent diseases characterised by multiple non-progressive congenital joint contractures. The report demonstrates the sonographic findings of a neural form of AMC at 38 weeks' gestation. Aetiology, pathogenesis and clinical findings of this malformation are discussed.
