Die Problematik der Lymphzystenentstehung und -behandlung nach abdominaler Radikaloperation mit Lymphonodektomie wird an einem Fall dargestellt. Sofern eine Intervention nötig ist, stellt die Inzision mit Drainage die Behandlung der Wahl dar.
Abstract
The problems of the development and treatment of lymphocysts following radical abdominal surgery with lymphadenectomy are described with reference to a case. Where intervention is necessary, incision with drainage is the treatment of choice.
