Zusammenfassung

Bei einer 49jährigen Patientin wird in der chirurgischen Abteilung eine Omentektomie wegen eines muzinösen Adenokarzinoms bei unbekanntem Primärtumor durchgeführt. Die Relaparotomie an der UFK Berlin-Charlottenburg ergibt ein proliferierendes muzinöses Adenom der Fimbrienschleimhaut der rechten Tube sowie ein dadurch entstandenes Pseudomyxoma peritonei. Bisher ist uns kein weiterer Fall in der gynäko-pathologischen Literatur bekannt.

Abstract

Omentectomy was conducted on a 49 year old patient at the Dept. of Surgery of the UFK Berlin-Charlottenburg because of a mucinous adenocarcinoma, without prior detection of the primary tumour site. Relaparotomy revealed proliferative mucinous adenoma of the Fallopian tube and a consecutive pseudomyxoma peritonei. Up to now, this seems to be the first case report of a mucinous adenoma of the Fallopian tube.
