ABSTRACT

In a case of neonatal hypertension, radiographic findings showed multiple thrombo-embolism from the ductus arteriosis diverticulum. Hypertension was well controlled by captopril during the neonatal period. The long-term follow-up of 8 years with normal cardiovascular and renal function indicates a good prognosis for acquired renovascular neonatal hypertension.
