Zusammenfassung

Ein 66jähriger Patient mit maligner lymphomatöser Polyposis des Gastrointestinaltraktes zeigte eine Manifestation im Nasopharynx. Eine Beschreibung dieser Lokalisation ist aus der Literatur nicht bekannt. Nach 6 Zyklen Chemotherapie nach dem CHOP-Schema kam es zu einer Vollremission. 9 Monate nach Therapieende ist der Patient rezidivund beschwerdefrei.

Summary

A 66 year old male patient with malignant lymphomatous polyposis of the gastrointestinal tract showed a manifestation in the nasopharynx. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy according to the CHOP-Scheme complete remission could be observed. 9 months after therapy no signs of recurrence were evident.
