Die rezidivierende Schulterluxation

Die traumatische Schulterluxation ist eine der häufigsten Verrenkungen großer Gelenke. Bei 70 % der Patienten tritt sie im Sport auf und hat in 20 bis 60 % der Fälle eine persistierende Schulterinstabilität zur Folge. Eine explorative Fragebogenstudie gibt Auskunft über Vorgeschichte, postoperativen Verlauf und Sportfähigkeit nach operativer Versorgung einer rezidivierenden Schulterluxation. Mit frühzeitig einsetzenden geeigneten diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen erreicht man auch bezüglich der Sportfähigkeit gute Ergebnisse.

Abstract

The traumatic dislocation is one of the most seen dislocations of great joints. In 70 % it happens to patients during sports and between 20 and 60 % of cases are followed by instability of the shoulder. An explorative study informes about case history, postoperative course and sports participation after surgical treatment of recurrent dislocations of the shoulder. Good results of sports participation can be achieved with early diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
