Die Osteolyse der lateralen Klavikula nach Tossy-II-Verletzung bei Eishockeyspielern

Zusammenfassung:

Schultereckgelenksverletzungen treten bei Eishockeyspielern typischerweise durch direkte Gewalteinwirkung gegen die Schulter, beim Sturz auf das Eis, gegen die Bande oder bei Kollisionen mit dem Gegenspieler auf. Während eine Tossy-III-Verletzung beim Sportler eine Operationsindikation darstellt, werden Tossy-II-Verletzungen zunächst konservativ behandelt. Nicht selten kommt es trotz Ausheilung des akromio-klavikulären Bandapparates zu anhaltenden, konservativ nicht zu beherrschenden AC-Gelenksbeschwerden durch Diskustraumatisierung oder infolge einer Osteolyse der lateralen Klavikula. Die operative Resektion der lateralen Klavikula mit sicherer Schmerzbefreiung, sehr gutem funktionellen Ergebnis und rascher Wiederherstellung der vollen Sportfähigkeit hat sich im eigenen Krankengut als Methode der Wahl bestätigt.

Abstract

Injuries of the acromioclavicular joint in hockey mainly occur after trauma directly to the shoulder joint. E.g. at a fall against the border, on-to the ground or in case of a body check. Tossy-III-lesions lead directly to surgery meanwhile type Tossy-II-lesions are mainly treated conservatively. Despite healing of the acromioclavicular ligaments often acromioclavicular joint pain remains despite conservative treatment because of discus lesions or a osteolysis of the lateral end of the clavicle. The resection of the lateral end of the clavicle with certain pain relief, very good functional results and quick full level participation in hockey has been shown as the method of choice in our patients.
