Summary

The authors present their experience with perforation due to endoscopic sphincterotomy (E.S.). They emphasize the correlation between the clinical evolution and the radiologic signs. They recommend endoscopic measures to obtain preferential drainage of the bile into the duodenum, and emergency surgery in the case of endoscopic failure.
