Abstract

Four new triterpenoid acids, possessing a lanost-9(11)-en-3-one skeleton, were isolated from Kadsura heteroclita. Based on chemical and spectral analyses, they were assigned as 12β-acetoxycoccinic acid, 12β-hydroxycoccinic acid, 12α-acetoxycoccinic acid, and 12α-hydroxycoccinic acid.
