Einleitung

Die moderne stadienadaptierte Therapie der Divertikelkrankheit wird im Wesentlichen vom Schweregrad der Erkrankung beeinflusst. Deshalb sind die exakte präoperative Diagnostik und Klassifikation der Erkrankung für die Indikation der chirurgischen Therapie, die Wahl des Operationszeitpunktes und die operative Verfahrenswahl entscheidend.
