Akute Querschnittssymptomatik bei intraspinalem Chlorom

Zusammenfassung

Chlorome sind solide Tumoren, die mit myeloproliferativen Erkrankungen oder akuten Leukämien assoziiert sind. Differenzialdiagnostisch kommen maligne Lymphome, Karzinome und entzündliche Prozesse in Frage. Wir berichten über den seltenen Fall einer intraspinalen Lokalisation mit akuter Querschnittssymptomatik und stellen weitere Chlorom-Manifestationen desselben Patienten vor.

Summary

Chloroma are solid tumors, which are associated with myeloproliferative diseases and acute leukemia. They have to be differenciated to maligne lymphoma, carcinoma and infections. We report the case of an intraspinal localisation of a chloroma causing acute spinal cord compression. Furthermore, we describe other manifestations of chloroma in the same patient.
