Zusammenfassung

Die Unterscheidung von zwei Symptomengraden in den Arzneimittellehren Hahnemanns geht bis auf die "Fragmenta de viribus medicamentorum" (1805) zurück. Er bezeichnete damit häufige bzw. seltene Beobachtungen des Symptoms bei der Prüfung. Davon ausgehend wird die Bedeutung der Grade für die homöopathische Praxis erörtert.

Summary

The distinction of two degrees of Symptoms in the Materiae medicae of Hahnemann could be traced back to his "Fragmenta de viribus medicamentorum" (1805). There he defines their meaning by the frequent resp. seldom observation during the provings. Starting from Hahnemanns introduction of degrees for symptoms (and remedies in the repertories) the importance of these degrees for the practice of homoeopathy is discussed.
