Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie der Weichteilsarkome ist multimodal, jedoch die chirurgische Resektion weit im Gesunden die wichtigste. Um trotz Resektion des Tumors ein gutes funktionelles Ergebnis zu erreichen, ist es oft eine Gratwanderung, die eine mit Expertise durchgeführte mikrochirurgische Rekonstruktion erfordert. Anhand von vier Kasuistiken wollen wir typische Konstellationen und Verläufe vorstellen, die exemplarisch die Bedeutung der rekonstruktiven Mikrochirurgie beleuchten.

Abstract

The treatment of soft tissue sarcomas includes different modalities, but the complete excision of the tumor is the most important one. It is often difficult to resect the tumor completely and simultaneously restore a good function of the upper limb. Therefore a microsurgical reconstruction is often necessary as demonstrated here.
