Character of psychic frustrations at COPD and asthma patients

We investigated presence of psychic frustrations at 52 COPD patients and 67 asthma patients. At an estimation of a psychic condition of patients it was revealed, that in 67,31% of COPD patients psychic frustrations were observed. From them at 38,46% were marked Affective frustration (F3), at 26,92% were marked Neurotic, connected with a stress and somatoform frustration (F4) and at 1 patient (1,92%) – Frustration of the mature person and behavior at adults (F6) as hysterical frustration.

At research of asthma patients was psychic frustrations in 73,3% of cases are revealed. From them at 25,37% were marked Affective frustration (F3), at 41,79% were marked Neurotic, connected with a stress and somatoform frustration (F4) and at 5,97% – Frustration of the mature person and behavior at adults (F6) as hysterical frustration. It is necessary to note, that Frustration of the mature person and behavior at adults (F6) as hysterical frustration both at COPD and asthma were observed only at women (in 1,92% and 5,7% of cases accordingly).

At comparison of distribution of mental frustrations it was revealed, what among patients COPD patients prevail Affective frustration (F3) while among asthma patients prevail Neurotic, connected with a stress, and somatoform frustration (F4), and also Frustration of the mature person and behavior at adults (F6) prevail (p<0,05).

Inclusion integrative psychotherapy in complex treatment of at COPD and asthma patients promoted improvement of their psychic condition and their quality of life.
