Objectives

The endoscopic features of serrated adenomas are illustrated and clues are described that we hope may help in the recognition of these lesions. The demographic characteristics, clinicopathology, genetics, and molecular features of serrated adenomas are discussed elsewhere [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16].
