Alloimmun-Thrombozytopenie: mögliche Ursache von Blutungen beim Feten und Neugeborenen

Jede Hebamme kennt Neugeborene mit einer petechialen Blutung an Haut und Schleimhäuten. Die Ursache dieser Blutungen kann auch eine Unverträglichkeit der Thrombozytenmerkmale zwischen Mutter und Kind sein: die Alloimmun-Thrombozytopenie.
